Leafy & Private Courtyard Studio

This sunny studio is set in a leafy, private courtyard with a side entrance. It is adjacent to our family home. A short level walk to Manly ocean beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, Manly wharf and all that this beautiful seaside suburb has to offer. There's a local bus(free or coin donation)across the road that goes to Manly and runs half hourly. The studio is equipped with a queen bed with ensuite, kitchenette. Your courtyard has a retractable awning and a small weber bbq for cooking.

Tides Reach Boathouse - water access only

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. White Haven is located along the famous Barrenjoey Road at Palm Beach. Parklands, sporting fields and a calm beach at the bay await your visit. Close to local cafes and restaurants with an easy level 20 minutes stroll to the village of Avalon Beach and it's relaxed shopping vibe. This apartment is situated in a garden setting, with access to outdoor enjoyment giving you time to absorb the scenery and relax in the ambiance.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Lakeside & 700 mtrs to sea - One bedroom Studio

Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.
