We are a few miles from the famous Horsey seal colony (spectacular in winter with 100s of seals) & Norfolk Broads including Hickling Broad, a favourite for wildlife lovers. The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Kiln Cottage allows you to immerse yourself in a haven of wildlife and tranquillity, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Dog Cottage (North Norfolk)

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for groups with children under six years of age. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

Charming bedroom with super-king sized bed with ensuite bathroom and large comfortable kitchen. Cley is a bird watcher's paradise as it is on a number of migratory routes. The area is fantastic for walking. Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, this accommodation is now self-contained with full and sole use of the attached kitchen, which has its own private entrance door. The hand-over will be contactless. We are ensuring that there is a two day gap between bookings to allow for a deep clean.
