Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Two bedrooms in a spacious daylight basement apt. located at the base of Mt. Ben Lomond. This 2,000 square ft. space has tall 9 ft ceilings, is located 8 mins off the I-15, and you will have immediate access to hiking and biking trails. You will be situated 15 mins. between Willard Bay and Pineview. Snow Basin and Powder Mtn Ski Resorts are 35-38 mins. away. Other local attractions are Weber State University, Ogden and Brigham LDS Temples, and Weber County Fairgrounds. We hope to see you soon.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

Beautiful views, close to the North Ogden divide for ski resorts and Pineview Reservoir. Enjoy the air hockey, foosball, skee-ball, arcade, pinball, pool and ping pong table, along with the basketball game. Enjoy your favorite show, or OG Nintendo on the big screen. Unwind after a day on the slopes in the hot tub.
