Our villa is fully equipped with a full kitchen, indoor & outdoor shower, high end finishes & a plunge pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea. It is walking distance to Rainbow Bay Beach. Desert Rose is a secluded waterfront cottage on the 5-acre Monticello Estate. It is perched directly over one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, famous for the unbelievable pink sand and turquoise water. The large beach Tiki Hut and the deck are a unique​ opportunity to enjoy the paradise from really close. The cottage is ideal for 2-4 guests, but we can accommodate larger groups​ as well. Welcome to Tipsy Palm Villa, a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1200 sq. ft. bungalow on Ten Bay residential road, near the Caribbean-facing side of Eleuthera. It is a 2 minute walk to Ten Bay Beach, across a road and down a beach path. Tipsy Palm is a 30 min. drive from GHB or RSD airports. From ELH airport, it is a 1 hour 20 min. drive. Newly installed generator. Please note the house is uses cistern (rain) water. We kindly ask that guests please conserve water.
