Lovely 370 square foot cottage less than ten-minute drive through nice forrest road to both the Yuba River and Downtown. Hiking, paddle boarding, and mountain biking are all around you here, along with wonderful restaurants and shops. We take great pride in providing crisp, white sheets, nice hand soap, Quality Hair Products, Starbucks and Peet's coffee, cream, wine, heated mattress pad. Access to the Yuba River is as close as 20 mins to Edwards Crossing and 20 mins to Hoyts Crossing on Highway 49.
