The 40m2 guesthouse is located in recreation area "Spaarnwoude", (3 persons in the house and we can host 2 extra persons (kids) in a caravan) included season shared pool and with a all year around outside hottub close to the beach of IJmuiden/Zandvoort and train-busstation Amsterdam Sloterdijk (15min). Activities nearby: SnowPlanet, a golfcourse, horse riding, harbour and water activities. Bus 382 stops nearby. Ruigoord is close. Beautiful Bali-style design. We have an outdoor trampoline.

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Het Soomerhuys is in the center of it all! As the train station is just 1 minute away you will be at Amsterdam Station and Haarlem station within 10 minutes and at the beach within 20 minutes. The cottage is a spacious detached house with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious and light living room overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. Onze plek is een goede uitvalsbasis om Amsterdam en haar omgeving te verkennen, zoals het openluchtmuseum De Zaanse Schans. De tuinsuite is een vredige plek om te ontspannen na een lange dag toerist zijn. Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Independent B&B on our houseboat with your own entrance. We are located on a sunny and quiet canal in the heart of Amsterdam, close to Centraal Station, Anne Frank House, The Jordaan and the Canals. Your space is totally private with your own bathroom, bedroom, captain's room and wheel house. The space is centrally heated and double glazed for chilly days. You also have access to outside space on our pier where you can relax into the evening on warm summer nights.
