Private but part of the main dwelling occupied by the owners, it is at ground level with its own easy access carpark. Near new property under our home, wicked sea views and lots of garden, 2 mins from the beach walking, to shops, bars and cafe's. Wheel chair accessible. Mid-Century Devonport

Enjoy a private outdoor space, the accommodation in the style of mid century, a living space with a queen bed and a bedroom with two king single beds, a private bathroom. The kitchenette has a microwave, electric jug, electric frypan, toaster and coffee plunger. There are plates/ utensils etc. Barbeque, hot plates and saucepans on request. Also the apartment is not suitable for mobile babies nor children under the age of seven. A vehicle to get around is recommended.

This is a 35 sqm studio/ensuite with its own separate access. It's very close to the beach and Takapuna Village where there are more than sixty cafes and restaurants. You’ll love our place because of the outdoor space including the pool, the handy location and good access to public transport.
