This condo is within walking distance from Mariner's pool and restaurant but is quieter than the buildings close to the pool. Enjoy the convenience of a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, including coffee, spices, olive oil, shampoo, conditioner and body wash!

Relax in the efficiency space offering kitchen, queen bed and walk-in shower. The couch pulls out to a queen bed. A few steps from your door is a saltwater pool with views of the lake. Bath/Kitchen towels provided, but NOT SHEETS. Smart TV for streaming and Xfinity high speed internet. NO Boat/Trailer parking at the condo. Parkway Marina charges $10 for the first day and $6 for additional days to put in, take out and park boat/trailer. We are located 2 minutes (.7 miles) from Parkway Marina.
