BnB in Barn with 2 ensuite Bedrooms

The Barn has a "retro/rustic/bunk house character" with exposed beams some dating from the Napoleonic Wars. It has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other has two single beds of which one is on long legs!), both have en-suite wet rooms and lead off the large living/play area. Sheets and towels are included. The kitchen area in the main room comprises an electric cooker, butler's sink, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer section, kettle and toaster, utensils and crockery. Complimentary beverages, breakfast cereals, eggs mostly from our own hens, homemade bread, jam and cake, milk and bacon are provided to kick start your stay. There is a full size table tennis table and bar football for the young at heart! The sitting area is around a cast iron wood burning stove has a digital TV with SKY and an Ikea sofa which makes up into a full size single bed. Background heating is provided by a state of the art computer controlled electric panel system and there are panels in each bedroom. Off street parking is on the shared pebbled yard next to the Barn. The Barn is accessed via a shared drive with the main house in which the hosts live. The drive has large metal gates separating it from the public park (Redland Green) over which there is a tarmacked access road leading from Redland Green Road. There is a children's play area near the house. Redland Green Farm is in a sylvan setting but is only one mile from the city centre and has good bus and train links with the main line stations. There are numerous eating and drinking establishments, shops and amenities within walking distance either on the Gloucester Road, Whiteladies Road, Cabot Circus, Broadmead, and Clifton.

Check-in is from 6:00 pm. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, early check-in or luggage drop-off isn’t available(inc weekends)You’ll be staying in a cosy master bedroom in a quiet residential area. The room has a private shower, with the toilet shared. Perfect for pet lovers 🐰. The airport is a 15-minute drive away, and Temple Meads station and the harbour are both about a 25-minute walk. In the heart of Redland, 10 minutes walk from Whiteladies Rd and The Downs this residential house is hosted by Kaz and Steve. It offers a lovely large room with a superking bed (can be converted to twin beds). Self-service breakfast (cereal etc) available. There is a gorgeous garden out back and guests are welcome to enjoy the decked patio area overlooking Redland Green. There is parking available for one car on the driveway. Pixie, our small non-shedding Shorkie, will also make you welcome.

This is a beautiful private room type with a private ensuite shower, a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress, and pillows. It catches the sun and the beautiful sounds of birds chirping away. We supply fresh, clean linen, bath towels, hand towels, body wash, shampoo and a complimentary bottle of Spring water from Cheddar. This room type is the dog friendly. Nursery Cottage Accommodation

Mal and co-host Trish welcome you to Nursery Cottage. We offer a private lounge, double bedroom and en-suite facilities. (A continental breakfast can be provided at a small extra charge if required.) For families we have the option to provide a double sofa bed for children. There is a private entrance to your accommodation at the main front door and a bench and courtyard outside for sunny days. Check in between 16:00 and 22:00. Check out at 10:30

A unique place to stay in an Art and Crafts style cottage located in a quiet suburban area on the edge of Bristol. There are excellent and fast links to Clifton, Whiteladies Rd and Bristol University (10 mins by train) or city centre by bus/train (takes 20 mins). Off road parking. Absolutely no smoking on the property. May suit guests needing a stop over work, visiting family, or attending courses locally, for example.

Toad Lodge is an Italianate villa situated in a quiet area of Bristol about a 15 minute walk from the city centre or the vibrant area of Gloucester Rd. Decor is eccentric with a touch of kitsch. Personally run by Madam Toad for over 25 years. A complimentary continental breakfast is available in the dining room at a communal table between 8a.m -9a.m.
