Short drive to Nevada City and Yuba River; 45 minutes to ski slopes in the Sierras. The custom 600 sq. ft. private studio with a gas fireplace is fully equipped for up to 4 guests.

Many of the materials used in this house were either reused from old local houses or milled on the property itself, giving it a lot of character, while remaining modern. Enjoy the serenity from the top unit in the building, and relax, knowing that not only do you have the full unit to yourself, none of the walls are shared either! WiFi is stable and fast - perfect for WFH. Located right behind the paid parking lot of Northstar's Village, this is as close as you can get without actually staying inside The Village itself!

It doesn't get better than this ski-in ski-out 1 bedroom condominium at Northstar. You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. With 1 king bed and a full sized pull out couch this is the perfect escape for a couple or young family. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.

Approximately 0.3 miles away from the Condo is The Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, live music, family-friendly activities and 3,600 acres of ski-able terrain in the winter and some of the best Spring, Summer and Fall hikes. Also during your stay, you won’t have to deal with early morning ski traffic.
