Required non-refundable pet fee for our dog-friendly accommodations w/direct access to our fenced back yard (fee is based upon # of pets & length of stay). With a mixture of new and vintage furnishings, a little boho thrown in...we’re sure you’ll love the stunning ocean views, the proximity to the beach access, and outdoor living spaces.

You’ll be able to catch the wonderful Topsail Island sunsets from two marsh-side decks. Private beach access is close by. Waverly sleeps 11 in 4 BR: 1 king bed suite, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 bunk bed and 1 twin bed with trundle, plus floor mattress in bunk room closet. Recently renovated adding office workspace and book-nook.
