Pinfold Barn - detached 3-bed country cottage

A beautifully restored detached barn in the small village of Burland, just a short drive from the historic market town of Nantwich. The cottage is easily accessed from the main road yet at the rear looks out onto fields and is a quirky, comfortable, fully equipped barn conversion, perfect for family get-togethers. Dogs welcome too with an enclosed garden and 8-acre private field adjacent. (NB. small pet charge) Electric car Charging point with app for usage so you’ll just pay for what you use.

Tiny Barn

The Tiny barn is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with numerous walks from the working dairy and sheep farm - it is just the ground floor and has a small double bed with access to one side, sofa bed, small shower room and kitchenette. It has a dedicated Airband satellite hub for WiFi and is generally very good. It’s a very old building right in the middle of our farm near the cow sheds so expect lots of cows, tractors, farm smells and farmers! Guests can park just outside the tiny barn

Cosy Modern Annex nestled in the Ironbridge Gorge

The Barn at Lees Farm is Nestled in the centre of the UNESCO World Heritage Site - The Ironbridge Gorge. This rural retreat offers annex accommodation attached to a the barn dating from 1830. Fantastic position for Geo-caching, Walking, Mountain Biking and Canoeing. Ironbridge is a 35 minute walk away and there are pubs close by but I would suggest Summer walking distance or a lunchtime visit if walking. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Y Bwthyn is a 19th century barn conversion in the grounds of our own farmhouse, the Old Watermill. Stunning mountain views with Snowdonia around the corner. Two bedrooms , fully fitted kitchen & a large modern shower room. Plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in as well as your own private garden area by the stream. Amazing unpolluted night skies to wonder at before falling asleep listening to the stream outside your bedroom window. EV charger on site. Dogs and children very welcome too.
