Semi-detached self catering cottage with private entrance, terrace and garden. Dog friendly. Upstairs is a large family bedroom with ensuite shower, double and single bed. Sleeps up to 3 people. Good quality down duvets and pillows, electric blankets and safe. Guests have sole use of the spacious downstairs lounge with its own kitchen/dining area, TV and WiFi. The room has it's own private entrance and is separate to the owners house. Historic Conwy Valley Farm House Unique Views B&B

We offer two double bedrooms, one en suite, and one with a shower room. The first at £95 per night, the second at a further £90 per night. If there are two of you and you want separate rooms please be sure to secure the second room by booking as if you are THREE guests! Guests have their own sitting room. Breakfast is served in our farmhouse kitchen. Plas Uchaf is a 16th century farm house with beautiful views overlooking the Conwy estuary, Castle and the foothills of Snowdonia.

We have lovingly converted the attached space to our home, Primrose Villa, to create Primrose Garden Studio, a self-contained space for guests. With two country pubs within walking distance, Chester zoo just 4 miles away and Chester city centre a ten minute drive we are ideally located for exploring this lovely part of Cheshire.
