Victorian North Norfolk home which has been recently renovated. The property is ideally located and only a 15 minute walk to the beach and village centre, plus a 5 minute walk to the local Tesco Express. The village offers shops, cafes, ice-cream parlour, food outlets, a pub, post office, pharmacy, green-grocers, arcades, crazy golf, children's park and skate-park. The house is spacious with contemporary touches alongside original features. There is off road parking to the side of the property.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape, under the big skies of Norfolk. Barbecue over the fire pit whilst drinking sun-downers in this beautiful spot on our farm. Two former stock carriages have been joined together by a master craftsman turning them into this stylish cabin with a generous luxury bathroom connecting the kitchenette/bedroom and lounge/bedroom. Life here is about inside/outside living with a beautiful outlook over fields and plenty of grass for the children to play.

A couple of miles from the village of Mundesley with its Blue Flag sandy beach , pub & local food shops. Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Free use of fast Wi-Fi. Bike storage. My daughter Rachel and myself are happy to reply to any queries.
