Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. With a sun trap garden, this lovely property is a short stroll to the local amenities & close to the sandy beaches on the coast. North Walsham and Dilham canal also runs close by with canoe, kayak and paddle board hire at either Wayford Bridge, 7 miles away or at Wroxham. With local walks directly from the door -there is much to explore. The City of Norwich is short drive/bus or train away with lots to offer.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.
