Are two excellent country pubs right on the doorstep of the property both serve food and a vast selection of drinks. We facilitate Individuals, couples & families at the cottage and do our upmost to supply all the amenities that are required.

Yet we’re just 10 mins from the M42 and close to M6, M1, East Mids & Birmingham Airport so we’re a great place to stop over for work or leisure.

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. Relax and unwind in the Baginton Bear Suite. There's a pub to walk to either up or down the hill, and coffee shops in each of the two garden centres. Warwick Castle is a short drive away, and Kenilworth Castle is even closer. Close by is Regency Royal Leamington Spa, as are world-renown Coventry Cathedrals both old and new. The charming suite has a comfortable double bedroom, kitchen, en-suite, laundry, living and dining spaces, and is just what's needed for any stay away.
