A stylish self contained studio apartment with plenty of private off road parking, in the beautiful village of Coleorton. With open plan kitchen and living area equipped to cater for up to 4 guests. There is one king size bed and a double sofa bed. If you require the sofa bed for one night ONLY please supply your own bedding/towels for it. More than one night sofa bed bedding/towels will be provided. With idyllic countryside surroundings, this new build is perfect for either business or leisure.

The Coach House is a period annex with modern facilities. Detached, with side door entrance leading into a lower floor open plan Kitchen/Lounge area with upstairs Bedroom /changing area with separate shower and toilet. Outside has rear patio and large Garden area. The fully enclosed Hot Tub (summer house) additional £40 fee on arrival - Special offer book of 2+ days (Oct25 to Dec25) = free hot tub. Nearby Twycross Zoo, Drayton Manor Park, Donnington Park, Alton Towers, Conkers, Calke Abbey etc.

This is a self-contained place next to the main house. The location is at end of a farm track in quiet secluded hamlet - Burton Bandalls (on the B676, Loughborough Rd between Prestwold & Cotes). 5 min drive / 20 min walk to Prestwold Hall. 5 min drive to Loughborough Railway station. 10 min drive to Loughborough University. 10 min drive to Great Central Steam Railway. 25 mins to East Midlands airport, 30 mins to Leicester, 30 mins to Nottingham, 45 mins to NEC and 60 mins to Birmingham.

There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.

Situated in the heart of the National Forest within a 10 acre boundary. The Duckhouse is a self contained building ( think large caravan size )within the large garden. The Duckhouse is small but has everything that is required for a short break. There is immediate access to amazing countryside and this lends itself to guests wishing to enjoy a quiet walking break. There is a large 24 hr Tesco near junction 13 M42. Internet available.

We have one friendly dog who lives here so if you are frightened of dogs or don’t like them please consider this before booking.

We are friendly, and honest and will try to accommodate all your needs. This is a space for 2 people and pets, we are happy to accommodate children, just ask and we will try and help.
