The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. The space which we’ve named ‘The Nook’ has a newly renovated living space, which is warm, contemporary and light with everything you need for a cosy stay. You have exclusive access to the garden, which means relaxing in the hot tub after a long day sight seeing, shopping or hitting the pubs.

Relax and unwind in the newly refurbished one bed Irishman's Cottage. The cottage retains many old features and is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. The living space is open plan with ample space for a couples retreat or family break away. In the summer months dine al fresco and enjoy a BBQ on the private patio besides the wood burning hot tub. A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!
