With over 200ft of waterfront enjoy the double boathouse/private dock. Enjoy the views from inside the house with a open floorplan and lots of huge glass windows facing the water. Come enjoy all the lake has to offer while staying in our beautiful waterfront home. Close to dining, grocery store, shopping, putt putt and local flea market.

Beautiful Waterfront Home on sunny Lake Gaston!

Our 3 bedroom/2 bath home is clean and comfortable with one 55 inch flat screen TV and Roku and youtube tv Wi-Fi is provided. The house has beautiful views of the lake. It is located on Sunset Point on Mile Marker 4 . There is a grill on the boathouse great for gatherings. There is a great fire pit lakeside for roasting marshmallows! There is a boat slip and we also have pontoon boat available for rent, please let me know in advance if you would like to rent a pontoon.

Come relax and enjoy this newly updated space or head on over to nearby lake Gaston for fishing, boating, water skiing, or amazing lake side dining!

Enjoy the scenic views of the lake from the family room or from the four season room surrounded by large windows. Henrico Wildlife boat ramp is 2.6 miles away; drop your boat and keep it tied to the side of included boathouse (boat lift not included). Outdoor patio, grill and fire pit. Very close to Washburn’s marina.

Bring your own boat to fish or ski the day away, with the ability to moor it up at the boathouse for easy everyday use. Make memories with everyone on the floats, kayaks, paddleboard, peddleboat, or enjoy a family dip in the pool catching the sunset. Dogs are welcome for a pet fee (2 dog max).

Couples or Family Retreat. Only one TV in living room. Directv. Internet. Two queen beds and one full. Two full bathrooms. This cabin is located outside of Lasker. 35 miles off Interstate 95.
