It features a full kitchen with quartz counter tops, a fully tiled bath, outdoor shower, large front porch and a quaint back yard with added privacy fencing. Enjoy our fire pit with twinkle lights strung above.

The Waverly Treehouse

Reconnect with nature and sway with the trees in this rustic treehouse nestled away in the woods with a gorgeous view of Hungar's creek. Enjoy the view from the front porch or while relaxing around the fire pit. Visit the adorable beach town of Cape Charles, complete with a beautiful beach, brewery, distillery and plenty of restaurant options, or stop by the nearby vineyard for some local wine. Usage of dock, kayaks, grill, and fire pit all included. Beach towels and cooler also provided.

Makes for a great private writer's retreat as well as summer vacation spot.

Adult get-away with stair lift and SHARED pool access on site. Not suitable or safe for children. New one bedroom apartment with large kitchen, living room, eating area, dedicated workspace, bedroom make-up vanity, full bath with shower and full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to beach. Relax at the property’s salt water pool with an outdoor living and dining area or use the outdoor fireplace for cool nights. Outdoor shower. Must be over 18 to use pool. Dogs on property in fenced yard!!

Cabins are just steps from the private beach, onsite restaurant, and the resort's private pool.

Our home has a large, fully-equipped kitchen, with 2 full-sized sinks and the garage contains bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for your enjoyment.
