We are happy to share our piece of heaven in the Berkshires! Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2-1/2-bathroom vacation rental nested in 2.7 acres of woods, yet conveniently located in the city of North Adams. A 5 minute walk from Windsor Lake, a 15 minute walk to MASS MoCA, and a close drive to many restaurants. The house is kid friendly, basketball hoop, soccer goal, and games. Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

This is an entire apartment, close to downtown. It is on the third floor, so you will have to walk up two flights of stairs. Because there are dormers (peaked areas in the ceiling), especially tall people might feel a little cramped in this space. There is a king size bed in the bedroom, a living area that includes a kitchenette, dining area, seating area and a smart TV with a fire stick, and a large bathroom. Outdoor seating on the front porch is for your use only.

Our 10-year old open, airy house is, located in a woodsy clearing. The hard-pack roads are well-kept year 'round. Private lakes are clean. Tanglewood and Jacob's Pillow are nearby. Ski in winter. Hike state parks or Appalachian trail. We require that our guests and members of the party to be in the guest house verify vaccination against the COVID-19 virus; or documented test results of "negative" in 3 days or less from the check-in date.
