THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. It contains a king bed, chair & work desk; kitchen with fridge, sink, hob and microwave and all necessary crockery and utensils etc; wardrobe, drawers; bathroom with good size shower; wifi TV and USB sockets; its own central heating and hot water systems and modern decor. Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

This cute 200 year old castle folly with a hot tub was restored with help from the BBC’s ‘My Unique B&B' to give you a romantic experience in a beautiful rural setting. Medieval themed features include panelled walls, skylight above the bed, and a knight! Facilities include a shower, TV, fridge freezer, heating, hob and seating inside and out. Hot tub available on request for an additional charge A substantial breakfast pack is provided. With a village pub close by what’s not to love?
