Recently refurbished one bed accommodation suitable for up to four people (and one well behaved dog) but please note 3rd and 4th guest will be using the sofa bed in the living room. Use of the wc and shower is accessed via the main bedroom. Plenty of storage for our guests is available and there is a large patio area with barbecue and table and chairs for your sole use. There is also one off road parking space available. We have great links to the Jurassic coast, market towns and Country walks

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

A perfect secluded space for exploring the beautiful surroundings of the Blackdown hills, visiting the nearby coastlines or simply relaxing in the private hot tub or by the log fire. There is a well fitted kitchen, utility and large Conservatory. Our dog friendly cottage sits 100 metres from the lane, where parking is available. Access is via a gate and a mowed path leads up across a field to the cottage. (No vehicle access - see photos.)
