Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Chalet immerso nel verde, nel cuore della Valtellina. Località molto tranquilla e strategica per gli spostamenti, a 10 minuti Tirano e dal confine con la Svizzera. Aprica e Bormio con le piste da sci e i bagni termali distano circa 25km. Il Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio e Livigno raggiungibili in 1 ora circa. Punto di partenza per passeggiate su sentieri panoramici, piste ciclabili, Passo del Mortirolo, Valgrosina. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti e agriturismi con vasta scelta enogastronomica.

Il Nido è una struttura realizzata interamente in legno naturale, di 20 mq, pensata appositamente per 2 persone e dotato di tutti i confort. Si trova arroccato sulla roccia, con un piccolo giardino solarium, e per vivere una esperienza unica, dispone anche di una tinozza esterna jacuzzi con acqua che dovrete riscaldare con la stufa a legna apposita, NON DISPONIBILE PERO' DAL 7 GENNAIO AL 10 FEBBRAIO. Da ogni angolo si ha una vista stupenda del lago di Como e delle montagne che lo circondano.

Alleinstehendes Chalet inmitten der faszinierenden Südtiroler Berwelt auf 2100 m Meereshöhe in der Nähe des Jaufenpasses (Passo Giovo). Weiter Blick über das gesamte Passeiertal auf unberührten Kräuterwiesen in entspannender Ruhe. Im Winter haben die Gäste direkten Zugang zum Skigebiet Ratschings-Jaufen. Die Skier können vor der Hütte angezogen werden und der Pistenspaß kann sofort losgehen! Alternativ können ausgedehnte Winterwanderung oder Skitouren im Tiefschnee unternommen werden.

Der Ederhof ist ein Permakulturhof im Großglocknergebiet, Nationalpark Hohe Tauern. Eine kleine Almhütte mit Erdsauna und einem Feuchtbiotop, etwa 200m von der Hofstelle entfernt gelegen. Die Hütte mit Ausblick auf die Berge und ins Tal ist in ihrer Einfachheit urig und gemütlich. Naturmaterialien verleihen dem Wohnkomfort einen lieblich warmen Charakter. Sie bietet durch Beschränkung auf das Wesentliche Raum für Stille. Die Almhütte ist ganzjährig buchbar.

The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
