The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Peaceful, quiet, neighborhood with friendly neighbors. 10 minute drive to U of M, St. Thomas, St. Kate's. My daughter and I live on the main level. This listing is for the garden-level, basement apartment. There is an egress window in the living room and small glass block windows in the kitchen and bedroom.

Sweet lower level of a duplex right smack dab in one the coolest neighborhoods in Minneapolis. Entire place is yours (I live upstairs in a separate unit if you need anything). It's less than 3 miles to the big 3: downtown Minneapolis, the University of Minnesota, and Modist Brewing Company. Sleeping arrangements = 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and a couch that turns into a Twin XL.
