This special apartment is a great home, suitable up to two persons. A perfect choice in case you are visiting Budapest for sightseeing or business trip. Its best main feature is that the apartment has the view of the Danube with the Margaret Bridge, which gives a very beautiful and unique experience when you spend time here (see the pictures). Furthermore, since the historical Bauhaus building is located next to the Parliament, it takes literally minutes to get anywhere in the city centre.

All historical and cultural attractions are within walking distance.A perfect starting point for exploring Pest or Buda, no need for public transport. . If you want to shop or have culinary experiences, you are in the best place. I will share with you all the good places that exist.

The apartment has all the basic equipment to make you feel comfortable. Chestnut guesthouse is a fully renovated A-frame cabin in the town of Nagymaros, only a few minutes away from the forest. With its breath-taking panorama, outdoor fireplace big garden and calm atmosphere it provides a good opportunity to relax and slow down a bit. Air conditioning (and electric panels in the winter) heat and cool the cabin so it we are open all year. The cabin can host 4 people, any pets are also welcomed.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit.
