Luxury cabin by the river

This is a luxurious outdoor experience in raw Finnmark nature or sit inside in the living room watching the northerns lights through the large windows. If you come from abroad, the easiest way to get here is to fly to Alta and rent a car. Getting from Alta to Kokelv is about 2 hours. You can access by car to the front of the entrance area. The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.

Hytta har 3 soverom og god plass til 6 voksne. I tillegg finnes det en reiseseng for små barn og en sovesofa som passer godt for barn eller ungdom.

Ny Jokerbutikk i nærområdet, flere turløyper, kveitemuseum, nasjonalpark, innlands- og sjøfiske, utleie av båt i nærheten. 2 timer med bil fra Bardufoss flyplass. 1 time kjøring til Finnsnes. 1 time med hurtigbåt til Harstad. 3 madrasser oppe på hemsen i tillegg til de to soverommene. Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.
