This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, full kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, couches & large TV, desk & Wifi, and maximum privacy. Located close to exciting, entertaining, and educational venues you may want to explore, with easy access to the Minneapolis St Paul metro area and Rochester.

Charming suite, great location

Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. This lower level 1 bedroom guest apartment is located in a single family home on a quiet street. It is a split entry home w/ the Airbnb apartment door at the base of the steps & the owners' door at the top level of the stairs. The apartment (1,200 sq ft) features cozy furnishings; a spacious living room w/ a pull out queen bed, gas fireplace & TV; and a small kitchen w/ a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge, stove/oven & microwave. The bedroom includes a queen bed & its own TV.
