Charming suite, great location

Hosts live on upper floors. Lower level, private suite (stair access) has been designed and decorated for you. It features a living room with gas fireplace, bedroom, and bathroom. Next to St.Olaf college, 1 mile to Carleton and downtown, steps from the Ole Store Cafe. Our house is surrounded by trees, perennial gardens, and adjoins the St. Olaf athletic fields. Unfortunately, this space is not suitable for young children. Also, the stairs may be difficult for someone with physical limitations.

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Just blocks from the Blue Line Metro, it has all of the downtown/airport accessibility and easy transfers to the Green Line Metro to St. Paul and the University of Minnesota. This studio has its own loft, two queen beds and kitchen with stove/oven, fridge, sink, microwave, high-speed wireless internet, ample work space, and its own tree-level private porch.

Welcome to our charming 3rd-floor studio located within a Victorian home in the heart of the NE Arts district! This cozy retreat boasts an abundance of natural light streaming in through skylights, illuminating a space adorned with beautiful plants, creating a serene and inviting ambiance. This delightful haven features a warm fireplace perfect for cozying up on chilly evenings. Please note, there is some low clearance near the head of the bed and in the bathroom/kitchen area.

Rustic Refuge

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Classic style, urban vibe

This cozy space is one block from the Twin Cities commuter rail system, halfway between the MSP airport and downtown Minneapolis! Great neighborhood amenities include a corner coffee shop, brew pub, bakery, authentic barbecue joint and breakfast and lunch cafe, all within easy walking distance. This unit is one half of a double bungalow with the hosts living right next door. It is completely private with its own separate entrance.
