Welcome to Paradise on The Strand in the heart of Romantic Russell. Our Gorgeous well equipped B & B suite is located in a prime location overlooking the wharf, beachfront and moorings. A few steps from all restaurants and cafes. From your private upstairs suite, enjoy the unrestricted views and savour this Paradise for yourselves. The suite is situated on a private property and not available to guest’s visitors. We charge no extra cleaning fee and appreciate our guests keeping the suite clean.

Experience the Marsden Cove Lifestyle

Our quiet home is in the Marsden Cove canal development close to the Marina & boat ramps. Off street boat parking is available. We are 30 min south of Whangarei - a great rest stop between Auckland and Bay of Islands. 5 min walk to beach. 10 min drive to walks along beautiful Ruakaka Beach. We have kayaks to use on the canal 50 metres away. $10 each charge We are a quiet older couple in a pet free home. We offer breakfast and dinner at reasonable prices. No self-catering facilities.

Sunny city courtyard room

Beautiful courtyard room with private access in the heart of town. Quiet location, 2 minute walk to the town basin and amenities. Our guest room is sunny, peaceful and warm, with a very comfortable double bed. Basic kitchen set up with fridge & continental breakfast included. A great space indoors and out to relax, 2 day stay recommend! The courtyard is by your door, washing/cooking and shared lavatory are across the courtyard, shower is in the main house, excellent 5g/fibre coverage :)

A Riverview Bed & Breakfast

Our place is a warm and welcoming home in a quiet neighbourhood offering a lovely view over the Waipapa stream and incoming tide. It is easy to explore Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands from our home.Walking distance to the historic Stone store and Kemp house.Duncan and I are very open to spending time with our guests as well as respecting their space and privacy when they stay with us.One of us is often around and can advise on the area or assist with any questions our guests may have.

Marsden Cove Canal Haven with spa pool

Choose our guest suite for your perfect getaway at our Marsden Cove Canal Haven on the canals. Borrow our e-bikes and kayaks, enjoy walks to local cafes and drive to nearby restaurants or local beaches. Enjoy a spa at the end of the day. Continental breakfast and snacks included. Kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave and fridge, allowing for basic meals. No oven. Free Tesla charger for guests who stay 2 nights. We can pick up Te Araroa trail walkers from water taxi by arrangement.

Pipers Bed and Breakfast Studio

A private 2 bedroom studio with your own bathroom and lounge with small kitchenette (no cooking facilities) makes your holiday easy. You have your own private area without interruption. Free continental breakfast of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, juice/tea/coffee, toast and spreads Separate wing within a new home just 7min to Kerikeri. Contactless check-in and check-out via a lockbox. Off street parking for a boat or caravan, 15min to Opito Bay ramp, 20min to Whangaroa Harbour

Kauri Villas - Kingfisher Cottage

Kingfisher cottage is a one bedroom unit with a separate living room which even has a sofa bed if you do need more guests and a bathroom. There is a TV, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster and of course tea & coffee. Outside there is a lovely little deck gives you a place to sit on a lovely summer evening. The Studio is separate to our main B&B villa with access to the expansive grounds. You have use of all property amenities including the games room and pool.

Private Cabin minutes drive from the City Centre

A private Cabin set amongst a tranquil, peaceful country setting just minutes from Whangarei City and Marina, Abbey Caves, Parahaki Scenic Reserve/MBT and Whangarei falls. Perfect for working away. Nestled amongst 5 acres of country you can wake up to the sound of nature with views of native trees, bush, animals, birds while enjoying a beverage and cuisine on your own private deck. With bird life and farm animals located on the land, you will feel right amongst nature.

Self contained apartment at Allegra House

Our self contained apartment is within our home, Allegra House, where we both live and have Bed and Breakfast rooms. The apartment is completely private, self contained with full kitchen, bathroom, lounge area and balcony. Nice and spacious in a modern style which makes the most of the spectacular views. Plenty of outside space too. Breakfast is an optional extra - $30 per person. Rate is for two people, 3rd person (adult or child over 2) is an extra $60 per night.

Kingfisher Haven

Kingfisher Haven is peaceful and quiet with sneak views over the beautiful Hokianga harbour. Five-minute drive to car ferry to Kohukohu then on to Ahipara, Kaitaia or Cape Reinga. Kingfisher Haven is a 20-minute drive to Opononi and Omapere beaches and not far from New Zealand's largest living Kauri, Tane Mahuta, sitting majestically in the Waipoua Forest. The B & B is within an hour of Kerikeri and Paihia in The Bay of Islands.

The Crystal Room - Seaviews on the North Hokianga

Enjoy the peace and serenity while taking in the harbour and rural pasturelands of the Hokianga whilst sitting on the deck enjoying breakfast or the sunrise. Cozy and warm open plan living space. Off road parking space. An easy walk to the historic sites, shops, hotel and gallery. Oldest bridge in NZ. Early church, kauri mill, villas, cemetery and more. Ranui Harbour Cruise leaves from here. I am well-travelled and know the importance of pleasant and enjoyable accommodation. Come and enjoy my lovely period bungalow located in a quiet cul-de-sac just 2 minutes drive from the central business district or an easy 10 minute flat walk. You will have a warm, cosy single room with a very comfy king single bed and good quality linen. Off-street private parking is available for peace of mind.
