Special stay for a football weekend. A well furnished 3 bdrm 2 bath single level. Perfect for up to 6 guests. Late check-outs on Sunday are allowed without a fee. A safe and perfectly located neighborhood with an easy 10-minute drive to the heart of campus, downtown and Northport. Aldi Grocery, Spirits Wine Cellar and Tuscaloosa’s best barbeque places all in a 5 minute drive. Also convenient to parks and rever paved walking trails. I have over 757 great reviews for my properties in that area.

The Groover House

Cute updated home less than 5 miles from Denny stadium. Plenty of parking, large private fenced back yard, deck and screened porch with a TV. The home overlooks the park at the Veterans Affairs campus that has a public walking/jogging track. The track winds through to the University of Alabama's Arboretum. Charming home in Northport historical district!

Our home is a quaint little house located in the historical district of Northport. We have plenty of parking, homemade goodies for breakfast or snacks, stocked coffee bar, and a cozy comfortable environment. We are only 1.4 miles from the U of A, close to downtown Northport and close to restaurants and shopping.
