Originally built in 1940, caretaker's cabin is a quaint one bedroom suite complete with a full bath, microwave, mini fridge and coffee. Off road parking and a secluded entry makes the cabin perfect for a romantic or working getaway. Located next to the Osborn Historic District in the heart of Fairborn, the Armstrong Homestead is an easy stroll to the downtown shops and restaurants. Xenia Dr provides direct access to the main highways, making most of Dayton reachable in 30 min or less.

South Park- The Purple Barney Guesthouse

Historic South Park Purple Barney guesthouse. Built in 1920 this shotgun cottage was rehabbed by me, a neighborhood activist, who stripped it down to the studs. What you'll find is a mix of historic, modern, and mid-century modern, with vaulted ceilings, skylights in both the bedroom and the spacious bathroom, and safe, snug, and quiet thanks to the insulation, new windows & doors. New Metal Roof in 2022! Your host is a Certified Service Disabled Vet.

THE Casita, a family-owned and operated guest house beside our home, is the perfect base for exploring the Miami Valley. Wright-Patterson AFB, the Nutter Center, downtown Dayton, the University of Dayton, Riverscape, and Levitt Pavilion are all nearby. Kings Island and Cincinnati are both less than an hour away. Conveniently located near I-70, I-675, and I-75, we also offer EV charging with access to a 220V plug.
