The apartment is situated on a gated almost acre of quiet, tropical land with gorgeous views and walking paths. If you feel like exploring there is a moderate hike down to a private beach. We are conveniently: 10 min to airport 15 min to town 10 minutes to Hull Bay 15 minutes to Magen’s Bay 5 min to a gas station and grocery store.

Cute 1/1 apartment located on quiet side of St. Thomas. Walking distance to Hull Bay Beach (Downhill there, uphill back) “Nomads” and “The Shack” are super convenient to grab a bite/drink (at Hull Bay) “Fish Bar” is super close too, so good! Enjoy views from small deck located off the driveway (not attached to room but designated for the unit) has a small grill, umbrella, and chairs. Unit includes split A/C, washer/dryer combo, and parking. Don't miss out on this sweet quiet Northside gem
