Parking is $35 per car/unit and pd to the resort directly. Resort fee is $55 a day per unit & included in my total.

Hyatt's NorthStar Lodge, located at the base of the world-renowned NorthStar California ski area in Truckee, California, is a ski-in/ski-out resort, complete with its own gondola less than a 2-minute walk from the unit. You'll find NorthStar Village, home to some great shopping and restaurants as well as an ice rink and fire pits (so you can make s'mores!). This is a fractional ownership, property is managed by Hyatt NorthStar. All units are ALMOST the exact same but can be slightly different.
