This newly built house is directly on the beach just a 5 minute drive from downtown Charlottetown and overlooks the Hillsbough River! Relax and enjoy watching from your second floor patio, the sun coming up over the water or watch it go down over Charlottetown. Our 25’ x 8.5’ tiny house is situated on a beautiful secluded piece of ocean front property in Port Hood with a secluded beach and spacious deck. There is a loft with a queen sized bed and a sofa in the main area that turns into a double bed. There is a 3 piece bathroom in the back underneath the loft as well as a second small private room with enough space to set up a pack n' play.
