Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Welcome to my fabulous brand new Amish made cabin in the woods of the Allegheny Mts. alongside the river. Rest and hide from life's problems in fresh air and sunshine. Canoe and kayak rentals available nearby or bring your own and take them out on my riverfront property. Walk or ride your bike on the rails to trails 3 mile walkway to Foxburg or go much further on other trails in Emlenton. Explore my 39 acres of woods with deer, fox, wild turkeys, bear, etc. Explore the four old logging paths.

Quaint North East Cottage Near the Water

North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.

Newly Renovated! The Sunset Lake Cabin is a beautiful chalet style cabin on a beautiful piece of lakefront property and nestled in the woods. It has a little bit of everything, towering pine trees, amazing lake views and a very quiet relaxing atmosphere. Natural beautiful wood throughout. You’ll think you’re in Napa Valley. Pleasant ski resort, ice fishing or cross country skiing with many trail at our area parks.
