Situated in the grounds of our 17th Century home, it is a private sanctuary, with high quality decor and all modern facilities. Wake up to the sound of birdsong whilst enjoying locally sourced artisan coffee and produce. This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

At the end of an unmade road, a haven, whether dining out, takeout, or cooking in the kitchen. Dedicated to romance, connecting with someone special, escaping the ordinary, and rejuvenating in the hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding valley. Stroll in 350 acres of woodlands and wildlife on your doorstep. A luxurious king-size four-poster bed and woodburner, perfect for those cooler evenings. Stiltz is also pet-friendly. Our outdoor BBQ area has a LARGE GAS HOTPLATE, woodburner.

Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Crossing Retreat - Beautiful barn with pool table

Crossing Retreat is a timber clad modern barn which has been renovated to give guests a taste of the countryside with a quirky twist. The large bi-folding doors along one side of the Retreat allow guests to open up their living space to the outdoors, perfect for those warm evenings. In the cooler months it provides a great source of light, enabling guests to take in the surrounding fields which provide lovely views. The projector and pool table are super additions to keep you entertained.

Situated just 10 minutes from the A47 and 15 minutes from Norwich and the Broads. Now taking bookings. Cleaning measures are in place for the peace of mind and safety of guests. This includes bleach cleaning of all hard surfaces, a minimum 6 hour ventilated interval between bookings, antibacterial spray of all high touch points along with contact free check in.
