You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. This two-bedroom home is truly walking distance to the village of Potsdam - 1-2 mi to both SUNY Potsdam and Clarkson. This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Also a quick walk to SLU campus & downtown Canton or trek across town to SUNY Canton.

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
