Na propriedade existem dois espaços com acesso ao jardim e piscina exterior Dentro do complexo existe sempre alguém disponível para o informar ou esclarecer em tudo aquilo que for necessário, desde sugestões a lugares a visitar de grande interesse cultural artístico ou gastronómico que existe na região. A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

It's a 10min walk through the village to the river with beaches and a café whilst charming Coja town is a 5min drive and includes several restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bank. A multitude of historic sights and outdoor activities are catered for in the surrounding area.
