Seven windows, of which two are along the quai aux Fleurs and face the Hotel de Ville, allow the apartment to be flooded with light. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was one of the first harbors of the city.

This studio of 25 square meters , 3th floor without elevator was renovated this spring and equipped with kitchen ,washing machine and dryer, bath towels and toiletries. Faces a small courtyard and is extremely quiet all day long. The size of the mattress is 140*195CM. The bedding is brand new cotton sateen, and professionally cleaned after every guest.
