Rest, soak, retreat. The Studio is a converted grain store on a hidden 200 year old farm. Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. The studio is fitted out to a high standard and is a fantastic place to stay for tourists, working employees, couples and a safe haven for the solo traveller. Located in the Cornish countryside in the village of Trematon, with easy access to the A38 for routes in and out of Cornwall, with secure off road parking (and garage for motorbikes).

Orchard Annie - Shepherd’s Hut with Hot Tub

A romantic setting for the perfect getaway. Our hut is situated in a traditional Cornish Apple orchard. Guests will have private access to the wood fired hot tub. Guests will be able to explore the surrounding countryside, beaches and restaurants before coming back to enjoy the beauty of the hut. We have a host of wildlife in the orchard including pheasants, woodpeckers, barn owls and honey bees. However you choose to relax our luxurious shepherd's hut is the perfect space to unwind.

Self contained studio near centre of Saltash

A small and cosy annexe, in the heart of Saltash. We are a 10 minute walk from the main bus stop and 15 minutes from the train station. Formerly our garage, the space is small but fitted out to a high standard. We aim to provide as luxurious an experience possible, in the space we have available. We offer off road parking on our sloping drive for a medium sized car or there is free, level parking on the road outside. We also have a secure back garden for bikes.
