Our light and airy cottage was completed in 2014 & provides a spotless rural space perfect for a couple, small families or friends to come together for a memorable stay. 5 star amenities provided, you'd think you were in a hotel in the countryside! Come and say hello to our chickens, sample their delicious eggs over a lazy breakfast. Head out for a walk in the bucolic Vale of Belvoir, maybe take in a country pub, then home to cosy up in front of the log burner with some of our home-made cake 🍰

A pretty stone built quaint cottage located a few minutes walk from the centre of Matlock with Victorian pubs, restaurants and antique shops on the edge of the Peak District national park. Full of character & charm, it boasts antique furniture, has a lovely living area, spacious double bedroom, en suite bathroom. Newly fitted modern kitchen with all amenities. Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located cottage. Our carpark is 3 mins away as cottage in pedestrian area. Cottage is near the amazing Hockley area with loads of restaurants and bars. It’s also very close to the Market Square and Nottingham Castle. Nottingham Arena is a 5 minute walk. Notts Forest, Notts County and the Cricket ground are just 25/30minutes walk. ⚠️PLEASE NOTE-SAME DAY BOOKINGS MAY NOT GET PARKING- we recommend the lace market car park which is 3 mins away
