The Oaks

Manufactured double wide home on 10 acres. Surrounded by pasture and farmland. We do not have TV, however there is wifi for your convenience. Plenty of space for parking an 18 wheeler out front. Twenty- three minutes from GTR Airport. Two queen beds and one full bed. If you have more than 6 people, please get permission from the host. A queen air mattress can be set up in the office. There is a small charcoal grill. We may be around occasionally mowing the yard or making improvements outside.

Our home is a duplex, it is 2 complete houses under one roof. We live in one end, the other ( the rental) has 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 bath/shower, living/dining room, kitchen, laundry room, closets. Plain and simple but cozy and relaxing. Kitchen with all accessories. Bed linens,bath towels, soap etc are furnished. Front porch: swing and a glider/rocker with west view. Pavilion in yard with picnic table, rocking chairs, small grill, and a fire ring. A country spot that is peaceful, birds singing.

Hang out around the fire pit on a beautiful Mississippi evening or enjoy a cup of coffee with friends in the comfortable living area. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.

Quiet Country Chalet

You are in for a treat with the best Airbnb experience. You will get to sleep on Purple mattresses in our queen rooms and Lulls in or twins. This is a two story home with 1 queen on the main floor and 1 queen and 2 twins upstairs. If you want to bring more than 6 guests, please let me know so we can put out a couple air mattresses. There is a grass airstrip right outside the house! Small planes occasionally fly in and out.

The Old Farmhouse (family friendly home near 45)

The Old Farmhouse on the Little Lapp Farm is a family-friendly house with spacious kitchen/dining and living room areas! It's not a 5-star resort by any means, but an old, nostalgic farmhouse with enough renovations to make it a comfy place to stay. We love hosting families at the Farmhouse. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full) and 2 full bathrooms. There's also a crib available in the master bedroom.

Hwy 45 Cabin

Come and find a night’s rest in our small cabin just off of Hwy 45 near Brooksville, Ms. It is located 24 miles from Columbus and 27 miles from Starkville Ms. The Ole Country Bakery and Magnolia Market is nearby. The cabin is a motel style room with a queen size bed and separate bathroom with a shower.
