Our place is just 10 minutes from Kerrville, 5 minutes from Comfort and 30 minutes from Hunt & Fredericksburg. We are located in the heart of the Hill Country with live water on two sides of the property. You’ll love our home as it has 10 Acres nestled on 600' of Guadalupe river frontage. Our manufactured home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large front porch, Party pavilion inclusive of hot tub, outdoor fireplace with fantastic couch seating, pool table, smoker, grill, outdoor dining for 12.

Secluded Medina River Cabin

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Riverfront property on approximately two acres of land with semi-private patio on the beautiful Guadalupe River, and a charming rustic country cabin up the hill a bit (one minute by car). Two bedrooms (one king plus two queen beds), plus two sets of bunk beds in living room (total four twin beds), plus two small sleeper sofas (for kids) in one of the bedrooms - can sleep 8 guests comfortably, plus 2 kids on really small sleeper sofas. Pet friendly - we love dogs and welcome them! :)

The master bedroom, kitchen & bathroom rival any high end accommodations you may find. Its a true gem. We have "Barn Life" on airbnb which is in back. My place is close to family-friendly activities, Garner state Park (3 miles), Lost Maples state Park, Three sisters bike roads, Frio River crossings, Leakey, Concan, Kerrville, Utopia, and Uvalde. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets), Pets are an additional $15 per pet, per night. We will have to bill after you book, b/c there is no option on Airbnb.
