This beautiful 100+ year old villa is located in the city center of Eindhoven. Although it's very central, the neighbourhoud is very quiet and kid friendly. All needs are in walking distance. The facilities are perfect for single person, a couple, a family or a group and parking is free! There are 3 bedrooms and modern bathroom, 1 kitchen, a cozy livingroom and an extra large diningroom. Our home is 17min by bus from the airport and 15 min to/from the city center by bus. Easily accessible by car. It is a 5min walk from the bus stop with a bus departing every 10min to the station and airport. The Apartment: A detached furnished apartment behind the main house. With own bathroom, fridge, kitchen & microwave to use. Towels are also included. Access to the washing machine in main building can be arranged. The Neighbourhood There is a supermarket open till 10pm nearby.

Stay in a 2-storey apartment in an old cigar factory. (living room over 75 m2). Very suitable for small yoga groups that can have access to almost the entire property. Everything in the house is fairly basic, but you have a lot of space at your disposal in an attractive ambiance. If you are with 3 or more people, you have access to 2 floors, more than 150 m2. From 7 persons there is a 3rd bedroom and a 2nd shower. A 4th bedroom from 10 persons.
