Paxton paradise-entire cottage

Fairly new cottage situated on a rural property with beautiful valley and sunset views (picnic set provided to viewing).Shared non-heated swimming pool located at the front of host's house next door. Surrounded by abundant wildlife (see photos). Vineyards and numerous golf courses in short distance, local wine tours operators are available . . Local 'watering hole' across the road, but not in viewing distance. Continental breakfast items provided. Beds adjustable such as double to two singles.

The Cottage - Berry House

Nestled among old heritage gardens on 5 acres near Morpeth in the Hunter Valley, this gorgeous cottage is part of the Berry House Estate built in 1857. Cosy up and unwind, or explore the broader Hunter Valley. The self contained cottage (converted servants quarters), is your own little oasis within the broader grounds of Berry House. Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill. Delightful spot for kids with friendly cat and two dogs.

Welcome to The Watagan, our stunning renovated barn stay in the heart of the Hunter Valley. Our place blends original craftsmanship with contemporary inclusions for a memorable and comfortable stay. Inala, which means peaceful place, is the perfect escape. Nestled on 7 acres of native bushland, this architect designed home boasts complete privacy and commands spectacular views across to the Barrington Tops through its extensive North facing windows. Featuring open plan living with polished timber floors and vaulted ceiling the feeling is relaxed, bright and spacious and the perfect antidote to a hectic life. We have 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, one which splits into two singles.

Enjoy the flurry of wildlife on the dam jetty whilst watching the sun set - heaven!

Fantail Villa at Woodlane Cottages Lovedale

Fantail Villa is a duplex self contained one bedroom villa situated on our tranquil 24 acre property. The villa has its own gas BBQ on your private verandah with both indoor and outdoor dining tables. The villa has a slow combustion wood fire to enjoy, with wood supplied only during the cooler months of May to September. From October to April guests can enjoy use of our refreshing 12 metre saltwater swimming pool, this is a shared pool between the other 3 x cottages on our property

Conveniently located on the doorstep of the world-famous Hunter Valley Vineyards. Offering spacious areas, undercover BBQ and a beautiful pool. Walking distance to the closest pub if you prefer a craft beer and pub lunch. Amenities include an in ground swimming pool for those warmer months and fire for those cooler evenings. A great place to relax and recharge. Check in is 3pm. Check out is 11am. We are happy to consider earlier checkin or later checkout times on request.

Josies Studio

Josies Studio is your home away from home. Only 5 minutes to the heart of the Hunter Valley and all the amazing food and wine it has to offer. A wide selection of great activities are also available, including golf, hot air ballooning. The Studio is a recently converted, secure space with private access. We also offer restaurant transfers and wine tours for a small additional cost. Josies is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.
