BC reg #H634782631. Surrounded by six national parks (Banff, Glacier, Jasper, Kootenay, Mount Revelstoke, and Yoho), Golden is an ideal base for exploring the Canadian Rockies. Beyond the obvious draws, hiking, biking and skiing, Canada's longest suspension bridge, the new Golden Skybridge, whitewater rafting spots along the Kicking Horse River and a burgeoning craft beer and food scene. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, families and large groups since it sleeps 13+ people.

PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Buffalo Ranch ~ Buffalo Cabin

A quaint, private, hand made cabin in the woods overlooking a creek and buffalo pastures surrounded by majestic views of the Canadian Rockies. It has a very clean attached toilet. The Gondola is operational for 2026 Step out the back door of the Palliser, just a 45 second ski or slide to the resort base. Step out the front door to snowshoe trails or a 3min walk down to the general store, pub or Double Black Cafe. 15 minute drive to Golden's amenities and restaurants. Well appointed condo to come together in comfort at the end of an Epic day. Quiet dog is welcome provided it is not left alone in the suite or out on the deck.

Welcome to the most breathtaking view at the resort. This corner unit is, by far, the highest end 2 bedroom unit at Kicking Horse Resort! It recently underwent a wall-2-wall renovation and was professionally designed with 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a dual shower! Walk in right off your skis, take your gear off in the mudroom, and Relax in your private hot tub after a big day skiing. Please note, a maximum of 2 pets is permitted.
