Essa dispone di ampia terrazza panoramica fronte mare, ampia veranda con giardino privato con piscina privata, spiaggia privata ed è attrezzata con 2 ombrelloni, lettini prendisole, doccia esterna. E’ composta da ampio soggiorno con cucina attrezzata, 4 camere da letto matrimoniali, 3 bagni completi con doccia e un ampio divano nel soggiorno sul quale possono dormire altre due persone.

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

This wonderful house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with an open living and dining area and a wonderful place to sit outside to enjoy the garden and the sunset. Nyumbani, translates into „feel at home“, with locally handcrafted furniture and a real Zanzbarian door the villa invites you to your home on Zanzibar! The most beautiful beaches are only a short walking distance (10-15min) away. It is a very safe area with international neighbors. All rooms are with AC.
