The villa is located 650 meters from the best beaches in Nungwi, between the RIU and Royal Zanzibar hotels. There are a total of 6 rooms for guests. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, and the second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Shops are a 7-10 minute walk away. A cozy restaurant where you can have breakfast or dinner is a 1-minute walk away. There is a beautiful pool with a fountain and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a gazebo and parking lot on the premises.

Nel salotto c'è un comodo e largo divano letto dove possono dormire due bambini o un adulto, e un tavolo da pranzo che, se occorre, può diventare una postazione ideale per lavorare.
