Ground floor.Reserved parking. The furniture, restored by the owner, recovered from the old grandmother's house and markets brocantage will make you live a charming country atmosphere. The apartment is located in the center of the village and surrounding area are restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and post office.Very close to the smal port where can reach the beautiful beaches by boat on the east coast of Sardinia. It is the ideal place for those wishing to discover the many beauties of Ogliastra ; You can go trekking, climbing, caving, archeological tours. In just half an hour by car you can reach the mountain villages of the interior and breathe different atmosphere from the coast, enjoy food and wine traditions, take part in numerous festivals and country fairs. Suggestions for those seeking out high tourist season, spring and autumn are able to surprise... for those looking for silence, for those who want to listen to birds songs, for those who want to dive beetween aromatic essences, boundless horizons and land still largely pristine and wild.

Marvellous apartment in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. Comfort and charm of ancient and natural elements such a stone and wood, makes it unique, special, and ofcourse, homey. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. Equipped with everything for comfortable rest. Home, terrace and the view that you'll find hard to leave. I suggest to my guests to rent a small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Un rifugio nel cuore del Supramonte

Il rifugio Lampathu si trova a 8,9 km dal centro abitato di Urzulei. La costruzione in pietra è perfettamente integrata nel paesaggio circostante, riprendendone i colori e le luci. Qui, gli escursionisti troveranno riparo dal maestrale nella stagione fredda e refrigerio nei pomeriggi estivi: le pareti in pietra garantiscono un isolamento termico senza paragoni. Nelle fredde giornale invernali, un grande camino li accoglierà per una pausa, per restituire vigore ed energia.
