Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. La Mason dl'Arc - Baita nel Gran Paradiso

“La Casa dell’Arco” prende il nome dall’arco di ingresso, elemento tipico dell’architettura di Frassinetto, che caratterizza questa abitazione storica. Il suo nucleo più antico risale presumibilmente al XIII – XIV secolo. L’unità è composta da tre ambienti curati nel dettaglio per riscoprire la calda atmosfera delle case alpine. L’ambiente soggiorno con un divano/letto e camino precede la cucina ed a completare una splendida camera dotata di doccia e un bagno confortevole e attrezzato.

L’appartamento si trova in pieno centro storico ad Aosta, di fronte alle Porte Pretoriane a 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Aosta. L’alloggio è disposto su due piani: al piano inferiore c’e il soggiorno con angolo cottura accessoriato con tutto l’occorrente e un divano letto a 2 posti e al piano superiore ci sono la camera da letto con letto matrimoniale o 2 letti singoli e il bagno con doccia e lavatrice. TV lcd, forno, rilevatore gas. Wi-Fi in tutto l’appartamento.

In a prime location in the centre of Zermatt and right next to the Sunnegga cable car is this sun-drenched penthouse with a breathtaking view of the village and the Matterhorn. E’ una piccola casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Crèt a 1770 m di quota, completamente ristrutturata. L’originale risale al 1700 circa e veniva utilizzata come Cappella del villaggio; la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.
